    HOLD HARMLESS RELEASE AGREEMENT

    In consideration of the acceptance of cruising with Shadows of the Past Custom Cars,  I/We hereby waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for any damages or injuries which I/We may receive, incur or sustain against Shadows of the Past Custom Cars, its fellow cruisers, officers, agents, representatives, successors and/or sponsors in any event or activity in which I/We may participate.  I/We have read this and by submitting the below information to cruise with Shadows of the Past Custom Cars, I/We agree with this hold harmless release agreement.
